Hallo Günter,
es führen "einige Wege nach Rom"

Die einfachste Möglichkeit ist die normale Textfunktion in den gängigen Grafikprogrammen.

Sicherheitshalber die Hintergrundebene duplizieren, Textfunktion wählen,
gewünschte Schrift in Größe und Farbe des Bildes anpassen und positionieren, wenn alles OK, die Ebenen auf eine Ebene reduzieren und im gewünschten Format abspeichern ...

Versuche es mit einem Probebild, um Dich mit genannter Funktion vertraut zu machen, lieber Günter.
