Description:
Welcome to the wonderful world of Clare Bevan Kitchen Art.
A cappuccino is an Italian coffee drink which is traditionally prepared with espresso, hot milk, and steamed-milk foam. The name comes from the Capuchin friars, referring to the colour of their habits.
What does Espresso mean
It's literal meaning in Italian is "pressed out", but the term has at least three meanings. First, it refers to the process by which hot water is forced under pressure through ground coffee. The coffee liquor is expressed. Second, the process must be carried out on an express basis. Extracting too slowly will spoil the flavour. Third, an espresso must be made expressly for you - it can't be made ahead of time.
