Aus Eisendraht wurde diese skurrile Skulptur aufgebaut. Sie ist elektrodengeschweisst. Vor ihr steht eine kleine Figur, die ohnmächtig den Kopf zum Diktator emporhebt, der sie anbrüllt.
Das Teil könnte aber auch ein Mikrofon sein, in das der Despot quäkt.
