Depoe Bay is known as the whale watching capital of the Oregon coast and is the home of the Spouting Horns. Spouting Horns is the name given because of the lava bed along the coast that makes for spectacular spouting waves when the tide comes in. This photograph is digitally enhanced to give it an artistic oil painting appearance.
