Description:

Der Seifensieder Heinrich Louis Klinger und gleichzeitig Vater von Max Klinger ließ das Haus als Geschäftshaus in den Jahren 1878 und 1888 nach Plänen des Archikten Arwed Roßbach errichten. Vorher stand an selber Stelle das Geburtshaus Max Klingers. Das Haus befindet sich in der Petersstraße neben dem Merkurhaus.
