I saw a drawing of lungs the other day and it reminded me of a tree. So here's my version of lung trees. :)

It's a vague composition about love how it can strangle us and make it hard to breathe but also how it frees us. Relevant for me as a woman because of the different types of love I feel - from friendship to motherly love, from nurture to passion and also the way it affects us differently through time.

Mix of (vintage) public domain illustrations and bought resources combined.
