Shirayuki Himeka. The eldest of the four main characters in Harukaze no Sekai. She's mid 30's years old already, although her face doesn't look that way ????. Her family name means "Snow White" thus why I drew her with ume (apricot flowers) which in Japan blooms in winter. Ume is really similar with sakura but apparently they are two different flowers.

The hanakotoba (Japanese flower language) of ume flower means "elegance" and "purity" which I think suit Shirayuki's image. "Shirayuki Himeka" is actually not her real name. She is blonde because she is not a Japanese. However, I haven't decided her original nationality as well as her real name yet ????. In the story, she got scholarship to study in Japan and then married to her own professor who she got the family name of "Shirayuki" from. However, shen then had to face a hard reality when her husband died of car accident.

She now works as a psychotherapist at the small town where her late husband spent his childhood time, saying that helping other people to deal with their issues is actually helping herself.
