A lone tree in the hedgerow with a sloping field of wheat forming an usual backdrop. The texture of the crop is like a carpet and steep enough to hide the sky. The light green summery look of the fresh leaves on the tree make an interesting contrasting contrast. Taken in Mid Devon near the small town of Bradninch on a local farm.
