In this picture, despite all the ostensible beauty of the warm colors, the tension under which our earth is suffering is recognizable. The planet is under tension, under stress. This is expressed by the curved nature. The planet is twisting under the burden that we as humans place on it. We are all dependent on the functional, structural and holistic health of the planet.
