Ceri Provis-Evans

It all started in my late teens, when my Mum offered me her classic 1964 Asahi Pentax Spotmatic, complete with three different lenses. After a number of years experimenting, with astounding results, using 35mm film in the Pentax, I moved onto DSLR photography, which lacked the unbeatable quality analogue cameras can achieve, but allowed far more advanced artist control and freedom.

I find inspiration in the obscure features of everyday life, and try to document them in an interesting and visually stimulating way, with the view of causing the audience to become entranced by my work. Whether or not you become entranced, I hope you gain as much pleasure from viewing my photographs as I did shooting them.
