Francesco Sapienza

Francesco Sapienza was born and raised in Rome, Italy. His vivid curiosity brought him to travel to Scandinavia and he soon became very fascinated by its culture and life-style. In 1995, he decided to go his own way and moved to Stockholm, where he completed his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology.

In 2006, he left the safe path by quitting his job after 10 years of a successful career in the Telecommunications business and decided to follow his heart and passion - photography. He started his own business and has been working as a photographer since then.

Francesco's cosmopolitan soul and his hunger for cultural diversity and inspiration led him to NYC, which has become his third home together with Stockholm and Helsinki. Francesco's eye, together with his excellent communication skills, make him an amazing photographer who's able to capture the essence of any subject in a seemingly effortless way. His list of clients ranges from musicians to dancers to fashion labels to business executives.
