I tried to capture the vastness and - as far as people are in the picture - the feeling of freedom, but also the feeling of being lost. The images are predominantly digitally processed and have a painterly, abstract character through the overlaying and masking of texture and color levels. Ich habe versucht, die Weite und -soweit Menschen im Bild sind- das Gefühl von Freiheit, aber auch das Verlorensein einzufangen. Die Bilder sind überwiegend digital bearbeitet und haben -durch die Überlagerung und Maskierung von Textur- und Farbebenen- einen malerischen, abstrakten Charakter. Auf "Postkarten-Kitsch" mit Sonnenuntergängen habe ich weitgehend verzichtet.
