Advent calendar: Door Nr.18
Today we would like to introduce you to Judith Loske, illustrator, whom we have hidden behind the 18th door of our little ARTFLAKES advent calendar.
Judith Loske was born in 1988 and is currently working – after having graduated in illustration in 2010 – predominantly in the childrens book sector.
Within her pictures the young artist creates her own world: Here you meet Geisha bunnies, birthday cats or Dalmatian dressing dolls. Her favourite work tools are pencils, crayons and watercolours to create her animal illustrations. Later on the single parts are put together on the computer.
An example of her charming work you can see on the right side: The illustration “Dalmatian“, which you can order at ARTFLAKES in form of a poster or a greeting card among others, is a nice alternative to all these traditional dressing dolls found in a toy shop, isn’t it?
